As your consultant, I deliver comprehensive organizational and leadership consulting, driving impactful change management to align teams with your mission. My tailored assessments, implementation plans, and trainings, covering strategic communication, change capacity and management, reorganization, leadership accountability, guiding expectation, agile performance, and stakeholder management.

As a public speaker, I engage in keynotes, lectures, panels, and facilitate dialogue/moderate. Topics include, but aren't limited to: equity/DEIA, organizational leadership, the benefits of conflict, and balancing organizational culture and professional-generational personalities and behaviors. Speaking venues had hosted titles such as: Balancing Industry Innovation and Tradition in Education and Nonprofit; Pragmatism in Equity and Justness Work; Managing Inverted Power Dynamics in Education: Ending Abuse and Hostility at all Levels; Being Married to Innovation, but Cheating with the Status Quo.

Dr. O'KenZoe brings a wealth of experience to his clients as an executive coach, mediator, consultant, trainer, and speaker. His experience in government, nonprofit, and education with position titles such as Acting Deputy Director, Chief Grants and Contracts Officer, Professor, Academic Dean, Executive Director, Commissioner, Fulbright-Hays Scholar, Chief Diversity Officer, and author all lend to his ability to provide unique perspectives and overall service to his clients. I have a talent that is difficult to put into words because its derived from something more than just my education, training, and experience -- simply put, it expresses as a keen ability to take complex challenges and find  you to overcome obstacles, perceive challenges as new opportunities to utilize your natural abilities, and achieve your fullest potential.

A down-to-earth witty overachiever, Dr. O'KenZoe has earned a doctorate in communication and culture, master of communication, master of organizational management, master of public administration, national associated of certified mediators certification, International coaching federation executive coaching certification, and is honing his legal knowledge as a law student. A VR/AR and marvel comics/cinematic universe enthusiast he explains,

Initial Consultation

Our first step is to understand your need(s). The consultation is free and provides the framing for expectations, deliverables, and what our overall partnership will entail in depth and duration. The consultation process is different for each type of service, but at the center of each consultation is my focus on your needs and desired outcome.

One Size Doesn't Fit All! Everything is Tailored to Your Request 

Benefit from tailored service that focuses on your desired outcome. This really focuses on the scope of work, duration, costs, expectations, metric indicators of progress, etc. Sometimes people struggle with this part of the experience and I help foster clarity and manageable dynamics where necessary. For those who are clear about their needs, scope of work, and budget, we establish a start date and get right to work!

Check-ins and other perks are value-added ways I engage in rapport building. Feedback is appreciated and utilized to ensure that clients are happy with their experience.
